The Couture Bridal Awards

Bridal Salon of the Year

Winner of this year’s Bridal Salon of the Year award, The Bridal Atelier by Mark Ingram has a magnificent staff who are dedicated to the highest level of customer service. Not only is the salon comfortable in feel, but brides also are nurtured by a sales associate’s knowledge, time and honesty. Opened just last year, The Bridal Atelier features a broad selection of top designer gowns. Hand-chosen by Mark Ingram, the gowns can dress a bride for the most casual beach wedding or the most opulent ballroom soirée. In addition, Ingram works closely with the designers to create gowns exclusively for his salon. Moving slightly away from the strapless gown feel, the salon is featuring more on-the-shoulder and sleeved gowns than in the past."Strapless is classic and will always be fashionable," Ingram said, "however, I’d like to see newness in necklines as well." There is also a return to opulence—skirts feature everything from elaborate draping to bustling and the development of new finishes for silk satins as well as new neutral tones such as oyster, shell, bisque and pearl. Simple, chic and understated is in line with Ingram’s own design sensibility, so brides can be sure to find an array of elegant, understated gowns during any season.
